What we keep
- Your answers: the calls you make and what you say or type to Poffu. In the app, also your vents and day closes. Voice is turned into text on your phone; we never get the audio.
- On poffu.ai: your email, the cases you play and any feedback you send.
- Basic usage, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to stop abuse.
How we use it
- To get Poffu's reply to what you said.
- To study how you reason from your calls and answers, so Poffu gets better. Future features may use this too, like showing how your thinking compares with others'. Anything that shows your data to other people will be your choice first.
- Your vents and day closes are never scored or shared with other users.
We don't sell your data and there are no ads.
Who helps us run Poffu
Supabase stores the data. Anthropic (Claude) writes Poffu's replies. Resend sends emails. PostHog counts usage.
Deleting your data
In the app: You → Delete my data. For poffu.ai, email us and we'll delete it.
Poffu is not therapy or medical advice, and not meant for anyone under 13.
